Project Overview: One integrated cooling station assembled from 10 prefabricated containers: 2 water-treatment containers and 8 refrigeration-equipment containers.
System Introduction: The plant is currently equipped with 4 centrifugal chillers totaling 3600 RT (tons of refrigeration): 1×1000 RT fixed-speed chiller, 2×1000 RT variable-frequency chillers, and 1×600 RT variable-frequency chiller,chilled-water pumps, cooling-water pumps, cooling towers, and all associated piping and accessories

System Introduction: Integrated heat-pump units, plate heat exchangers, circulation pumps, water-source heat pumps, battery racks, UPS modules, electrical controls, and all associated piping, lighting, and ventilation systems.

Project Overview: Location – Jiangxi, China • 1 container, 12200 mm (L) × 3500 mm (W) × 4150 mm (H)
System Introduction: Integrated cold-plate liquid-cooling + air-cooling architecture: 2 CDUs + 6 liquid-cooled racks + 3 chilled-water in-row precision AC units. Both CDUs and in-row ACs are arranged in N+1 redundancy. A hot-aisle containment layout is used, and a dedicated de-humidifier inside the container maintains the required room-humidity levels.

System Introduction: Each container integrates cooling-water pumps, fully automatic pressure-maintenance & make-up/vent systems, automatic dosing equipment, water-source heat-pump VRF units, plus the power-distribution, control and security subsystems.

Project Overview: Jiangxi Province; 4 units at 9500 mm (L) × 3500 mm (W) × 3950 mm (H) and 1 unit at 9500 mm (L) × 2438 mm (W) × 3950 mm (H).
System Introduction: 3 + 1 redundant cooling design delivering 4 000 kW total capacity; each container integrates 4 magnetic-levitation VFD chillers, 4 plate heat-exchanger modules, waste-heat recovery, water-treatment equipment, power-distribution, control, and access-control systems.
