About In-Row Air Conditioner

Row-based air conditioners are specifically designed for IDC  data centers, offering energy-saving advantages. They  integrate air conditioning cooling and heat pipe heat exchange functions, perfectly combining heat pipe heat exchange with  active compression refrigeration technology to achieve high  energy efficiency while addressing the heat dissipation issues  of high-heat cabinets or rooms.


The main operation mode is heat pipe heat exchange (natural  circulation). Depending on indoor and outdoor temperatures  and indoor load conditions, the heat pipe mode and  refrigeration mode are selectively operated to meet indoor  cooling requirements while saving energy.

Since it acts precisely on heat source areas, there is no need to cool the entire data center space. This reduces unnecessary energy consumption and can lower the overall operating costs of the data center in long-term use
Mostly designed with a modular structure, it allows flexible increase or decrease of units according to the number of racks and heat load. During subsequent data center expansion, there is no need for large-scale modifications to the air conditioning system, resulting in better adaptability
Adopting an embedded or compact design, it does not occupy additional floor space in the data center. It can be closely integrated with server racks, making it particularly suitable for high-density data centers with limited space.
2.It independently adjusts the temperature for specific rack areas, with the temperature difference controllable within ±1℃. This is much higher than that of ordinary air conditioners, and can meet the strict requirements of electronic equipment for a stable temperature environment.
1.Installed directly between server rack rows, it is close to heat sources such as servers, enabling rapid removal of local heat and avoiding local overheating issues caused by long-distance air supply of traditional air conditioners.
